Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:We did receive their assistance moving the items out of the storage unit and agreed to pay $for that service which HE AGREED toThere assistance was one day's worth of activityHe had agreed to start on the job and have it completed by the end of July; however, they were weeks delayed in coming to start on the jobWhen finally someone arrived, it was a guy that had a child in the back seat of his car that was going to remain in very hot weather while he did the demoWe did not call them by any derogatory namesHe didMy husband said that was not acceptableWe requested that he come to discuss the project which never happenedFinally, we demanded our money backI have numerous texts where he promises to return the money along with excuses as to why he was delayedHis son was brought into the situation because he was a witness to all discussionsWife, as well, because if we get a judgment, her property rights will be affected as well Regards, [redacted]
