We are responding to the complaint that was made by *** *** & *** purchased Dodge Ram SLT for 12,& they traded a GMCSierra SLT for $4,000.; so the difference was $8,498.00, plus they had a payoff.*** stated that problems occurred on but
we were notified on 9/when shecalledIf a customer has problems in a short amount of time, we do try to help out for goodbusiness practiceSo we agreed to check it outIt was brought back on 9/The next daywent to garage, once we figure what the problem was, we put a new fuel injector, newspark plugs in cylinder 4, and changed oil & filterOn called *** (husband) it wasdoneTold him on phone what we had done to his truck & there was no engine light on,no misfire, and that the mechanic drove it & I did alsoThere was no cost to him, and hestated he would have *** pick it upShe came the same day @ 5pmWe have ourcustomer’s sign a waiver, stating what repairs was done and that it is done in good businesspractice and we are no longer responsible for any further repairsBy signing this statementthey except the vehicle and acknowledge the work was doneShe signed and Never ask todrive the vehicle before signingWe insist customers drive our vehicles anytime, beforeor after salesWe assumed everything was good, until now.All our Customers receive a Powertrain Warranty months or 4,miles at no cost tothemI could sell our vehicles As Is, and we assume No responsibility, but we don’tIam careful about the vehicles I choose for our business, but these are Used vehicles andproblems could happenI feel bad this has happened to them; so in good faith and goodbusiness practiceI will pay the disputed amount of$1,the customer is asking for.No way has my business acknowledged any responsibility for what has happen to theirvehicleMy business will no longer pay any other future repairs to this vehicle.I would like to see the total bill from *** ***Then payment will be made toreasonable parties.Thank You,
