I was recommended to Merchant Advance Express by a colleague. The experience couldn't be easier. My agent, [redacted] was percise and quick with his responses. I felt like I had a guide thru the entire process and that was very important to me since it was my first time using this kind of financial service. I have since recommended them to a few business associates of mine which were also very pleased. If I require this type of service again they are my only choice.

Review: Continous soliciation calls from the business despite numerous attempts to ask them to kindly remove from their phone calling list. Numerous times they hang up or act very rudely towards us when we answer. We have asked them several times to please stop, and they continue to call us.Desired Settlement: Please remove our business from your call list, we are not interested in this line of service.

In the world of tele-sales there are a multitude of companies whoare selling a variety of products over the phone. There have been a number ofinstances when calling a potential customer who claim they've received multiplecalls from us in one day, when in fact we only contacted them once that day. Telemarketingadvertising is a major source in generating new customer clientele for manybusinesses and unfortunately a lot of these calls begin to sound the same. Differentindustries obtain their own call lists and unfortunately we sometimes take thewrap when they are being contacted by multiple companies at once. We develop lead lists through a variety of sources including [redacted] searches, social media outlets such as[redacted] and [redacted] as well as referrals. In addition, there are a plethoraof outside sales representatives and agents who route business through ourportal gaining their own individual lead lists completely outside of ournetwork. Please understand that our Do Not Call lists are constantly being updated as we do not want to wasteyour time or ours in contacting the wrong people. I have personally made surethat your company has been removed from our lead list.Again, my kindest apologies for any inconvenienceon behalf of our company.

We hope that these actions will satisfy the complaint. With that being said I would like to caveat that it is possible we will purchase new data to call that could potentially have your phone number and information listed.I did a search of your number on [redacted] and all of your information including your address is public and displayed. As a recommendation in order to stop soliciting calls I would contact my phone service provider and have my number unlisted.I would also reach out to the white pages online and ask them to please have your number unlisted. I have called back [redacted] and am awaiting her response call. Our number should be permanently removed, not be asked that we remove our information from other databases.I was told once that some "personally" removed our information, which was a lie. We were called less than a month later. I want to be 100% assured that we are removed and will not be contacted by this business.
