We appreciate the opportunity to respond to the complaint made against us regarding [redacted] ***Ms [redacted] got involved with us April of to which she paid $4,for a business package which consisted of a web site, social media package and a few call hours to market her businessThis was a one time fee and all of her services she purchased were fulfilled onIn Ms***'s complaint she is speaking of making $10,a month in to months after purchase, No one can guarantee those kind of results as there are no guarantees in marketingIn Ms***'s complaint she also refers to us as a company IMSWe are not IMS, it sounds as though Ms [redacted] might be a little confusedWe service all accounts for a complete year, once the year has passed is up to the client to be proactive and call into our company for updatesLeslie is the account manager for Ms***Ms [redacted] was very aware that Leslie was out on medical leave and we would have to try to fit all her clients into other account managers schedules, she was very nasty about it and hung upLeslie has been back since November of and Ms [redacted] is being far from cooperative and proactiveWe are more than willing to work with Ms [redacted] but she must put forth a effort as well

We appreciate the opportunity to respond to the complaint made against our company by [redacted] , to whom we are servicing as we speak [redacted] claims he is approved for a $80,business line of credit, which is not something we would guarantee, This is also not offered in any contracts or agreements he has signed with usAfter reviewing this account [redacted] expressed his interest in business credit, he states he is wanting to transfer his personal debt to business debt and then dissolve the company, sounds a little fishy, but those are the desires he expressed [redacted] expressed to [redacted] a 3rd party business development company we utilize to help clients put them selves in the position to apply for a business line of credit [redacted] did not pay for a business line of credit with us [redacted] actually purchased leads of people interested in a business line of credita website and social media package to which we have fulfilled onas well as the 3rd party company we utilize has in fact provided [redacted] with a business planIn [redacted] 's complaint he states some one phoned him and told him he has a check comingNo one from our company made any such phone call[redacted] states that his website has no place on his site to enter client info, that is not the truth [redacted] We have been working with [redacted] to resolve any issues he may have, with the exception of a business line of credit as thats not a service we provideAt this time [redacted] is not eligible for a refund as Marketing initiated in October as well as he had every opportunity to take advantage of the day right to cancelWe will continue to work with [redacted] to achieve the results he is looking for but we promise no guarantees.If you need any additional assistance in resolving this matter, please feel free to contact us directly

I am writing this as a response to a complaint/dispute from a [redacted] for what seems to register as misleading sales tactics or services not rendered by (Keystone Marketing)I can only assume that [redacted] is referring to a business transaction conducted between [redacted] * [redacted] and my company in which we provided him with an advertising package for his website ( [redacted] .com) I feel it necessary to explain the services we provide to our clients in order for you to better understand what took place and why a complaint may have been issued in the first place [redacted] originally became a client of (Keystone Marketing) because she was pursuing an online businessWe provided [redacted] with this business by designing [redacted] website and assisting her in the development of an online affiliate programPlease refer to [redacted] site website.com Once the development of [redacted] ***s site was complete she was in fact contacted by one of our advertising consultants in reference to possible strategies on how she could advertise and promote her websiteAfter conversing with one of our consultants [redacted] elected to take part in one of our campaignsShe did this of her own will and was provided with full disclosure both verbally and in writing as to the details of this campaignI know this because we require a signed invoice detailing the campaign of our clients’ choice along with a signature from our clients agreeing to the terms and conditions of our services before we initiate any campaign on our client’s behalfPlease see the attached invoice for proof of this transaction As stated in the invoice, we do not guarantee any sales or specific monetary revenues to our clients on the grounds that there is no way to know what purchases if any will be made as to the advertising being doneWe provide advertising like many other companies, and like any other advertising agency we fully disclose that there are no guarantees with any advertising doneI.Eif someone were to post an ad in the auto trader to sell a vehicle and did not sell the vehicle as quickly as they hoped, would that be considered a valid complaint against the Auto Trader for misleading sales practices? Yes I went a head and pay what was required of me, and that was July
I got a call from a person by the name of *** and how to do advertising every twenty four hours five timesI have been doing that in the mean time I received a CD which shows leads, and was always so given a password and was told that if any one should called and don not know the password not to talk with themI have been calling since January and every time that I spoke with *** I was told some one will soon call me back, I am still waiting for that call and what those leads on the CD mans
There is no back end on this website to see what is going onThe Facebook and Twitter account was setup, still no one to explain what the program is all about

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.[Provide details of why you are not satisfied with this resolution.] Keystone Merchants said they set up my website at www.***.com which I got through *** *** Keystone also said they set up an email account, Facebook and Twitter advertising, which I had an unavoidable delay in checking out, but then could not get into any of the links they sent *** *** at Keystone told me that my $bought leads at $each, and that the average return 3-6%, and that for just new accounts I would be paid $each, with residuals following The paperwork all had *** *** *** at the top of the pages, rather than Keystone's name I assume *** *** *** is *** *** *** I never heard from anyone from either business after they got my money Before I filed a Revdex.com complaint against Keystone and a scam report and complaint against *** ***, I tried to contact both businesses, but could not reach anyone at either business (I did do advertising at both Facebook and Twitter myself too, but never heard from the businesses regarding any earnings from that or the leads.)
