Bought through a broker over years ago Broker quit within the next week Never able to even hook up merchant processing machine, have never used the processing service, but did use an add on service, so just lived with the monthly service fee and chalked it up to signing a contract with a bad company Now, months later, getting charged $99/month inactivity No calls to ask why it's never been hooked up or used in all that time, no customer service at the time when we couldn't hook up and no customer service now, but, Mindboggling fees to get out of it

On 10/and 10/Merchant Club of America withdrew $each time from my business bank accountThey do not answer their phones live, you can only leave a message no matter how hard you try to reach a personI eventually received an email from someone who I calledShe told me that I am not authorized to get any information on the accountI said I am the sole owner of the companyShe didn't care and refused to give any information, even general information such as why this company out of the blue would start taking moneyShe eventually hung up on me after I asked to speak with their legal department

The company's representative, Dave *** promised me (and I have it in writing) that my credit card processing costs including equipment would be $per month The first month it was $plus leasing equipment cost of $ The second month was $plus $ I was clearly scammed and can produce the document that states the equipment is included in the merchant club estimate

I have been with Merchant Club of America for a few years now and have really enjoyed my experience I started out with just using their credit card processing and over the past years I have added more services that they offer (cash advance, security system and recently a website) Any time I need a question answered or need help with my machine they are always happy to help me and do whatever it takes to get the issue resolved Its nice to know that I can go to one place for everything I need to run my business instead of having multiple vendors Definitely makes it easier to be a small business owner Looking forward to seeing what they add next!
