First and foremost, I would like to apologize on behalf of our company for any inconvenience that this may have caused. We strive to provide the best service possible, and our mission and goal, is to assure your total satisfaction. We received your cancellation form in February,... and we immediately closed your accounts. The billing that you see is for the last billing cycle. Nonetheless, we're stepping up to the plate, and we want to make sure that you're completely satisfied. As discussed on our conversation today, we issued two credits for both accounts yesterday in the amount of $31.95. Some banks take 1-2 business days to update their systems, so you should be seeing these refunds by tomorrow.Also as per our conversation today, we will be issuing two more refunds today to each account as a courtesy for this inconvenience. You will see these refunds in your bank account within 1-2 business days. Please let this email serve as a confirmation that your accounts are closed, and that there will be no more funds withdrawn from your account. The total refund for each account will be $63.90. Review: This company was my cr. card processing company. I switched companies 10/**/12 and notified them via fax that same day. They continued to debit my checking account in the amounts of $114.42 and $40.37. I called to find out why and they claimed I never sent the fax. They gave me a non-working email address to send PDF copies to. When that failed I sent proof of it by registered mail about two months ago. Review: We cancelled the credit card processing service in in May * of 2012. The last debit came out 8/*/2015 and on.

Merchant Commerce has been taking out various amounts each month. indicating the amount was a percentage of card transactions for that month. therefore disguising as a fee. By changing the amount deducted each month shows a fraudulent act by this company.

We thought it was a charge from our new card processor. The amounts ranged over $100 each month, a few months it was over $200.

Yes, I know I should have checked on it earlier but It was a no contract...no cancellation fee agreement. So we cancelled and quit using their machine. which we were charged for because they never sent a return invoice which they promised $395.00

They are in my bank account and I can't stop them unless I pay a stop payment fee each month or switch banks.

They have been stealing from me... should I file criminal actions? I will forward amounts from each month as well as the NON contract we have signed. I am sure Merchant Commerce can supply you with these amounts too and the Non Contract.

Review: The company has taking money out of my account without authorization to do so. As of March **,2015 my money still is Not back in my account after numerous phone calls.Desired Settlement: My 31.95 plus compensation of money for taking out money without having the authorization to do so. We didn't even have an account with them as of December **,2014. I do have a postal signature receipt and a copy of the two cancelation notices. Have made numerous phone calls, do to the fact that they was adding charges almost every month that was not suppose to be taking out of our accounts. After calling each time this was done through the year we had their credit card machine, they would say oh sorry we will put that back in there for you, but it would take another 30 days as they was using my money. The 31.95 was taking out of my acct. on 2/*/2015. After many calls and broken promises, my money is still NOT back in my account.
