As I recall, I paid the 2nd Company a total of $to do the repair work that [redacted] was here 4-times to fix & didn't get the job done & [redacted] has paid back $still owing $as far as the bids, we paid Zak according to the one bid we receivedStill going to cost us more money because we still have leaks depending on direction of rain, this is not the fault of the 2nd contractor, he has done all he can to other than re-roof the entire home

comfortable hiring another company to make the repairs and said that if I paid for the repairs we would be good and any future leaks would be the other company's responsibility. He found the other company and had them repair the roof. I PAID $1,000 for them to redo the valley and the one other area in the back of the house soffits. However, they did not fix the leaks and, instead of honoring our agreement, Mr. [redacted] called me demanding that I pay this other company more money for additional repairs. I held up my end of the agreement and did exactly what he asked. It is not my responsibility that the company that he hired did not do what they were paid to do.
Furthermore, I also found out come tax time that he had defrauded both myself and his insurance company by submitting, and being paid based on, my first bid, which was $2,000 higher than my second bid (which is the amount that I was paid), causing me to have to pay taxes on money that I never received.

As I recall, I paid the 2nd Company a total of $1950.00 to do the repair work that [redacted] was here 4-5 times to fix & didn't get the job done & [redacted] has paid back $1100 still owing $850 as far as the 2 bids, we paid Zak according to the one bid we received. Still going to cost us more money because we still have 2 leaks depending on direction of rain, this is not the fault of the 2nd contractor, he has done all he can to other than re-roof the entire home.
