K***, Here is the history based on Our records1st Service Call 4/19/not 6/15/17- system frozen and pan full of water, changed dirty filters, vacuumed water out of drain pan and checked pressures on outdoor unit $Diagnostic fee, $Labor for extracting water from the drain pan,$for two filters 2nd Service call 4/22/17- On call came out for water on the ceiling, Drain was backed up, cleared drain No Charge We did not touch the drain on the first call, the drain comes out of the indoor coil, we worked on the filters and the emergency pan.3rd call- 4/26- I went out and looked at water on the ceiling and in good faith said I would have our painter come touch it up, may 12th all-pro painting tried serval times to reach customer will no luckcustomer told our office that he would fix himself.I have attached a pic of spot on the ceiling, no water was present on the floor or carpet when I visited

THIS CUSTOMER WAS CONFUSED ON HIS WARRANTY PERIOD, HE HAD ONE YEAR LABOR FROM DATE OF CLOSING ON LABOR AND FIVE YEARS PARTS FROM MANUFACTERI HAVE TALKED TO THIS CUSTOMER THIS AFTERNOON AND CLAIFIED HIS WARRANTYWE ARE WORKING HIM UP AN ESTIMATE TO GET HIS WORK DONE THANKS, ***

No one EVER called me from the "repair" companyI actually called an additional times and was told they would call me but they never didI can provide call recordsI will reach out to my carrier Secondly the entire floor was flooded when the "Manager" came to my house it was days after the incidentAsk for the gentleman who did come out to my house and how he had to glue the lose pipes that were never repaired
