JUST DONT! We are a small business that has been doing business with Merchant Lynx Services for the last yearsI personally had to call technical support over the last years and they were exceptional, patient and quickly fixed the issuesI also personally did business with Gena ***, whom of which is a tremendous asset to this companyShe resolved any issues we had quickly and efficientlyIf I had any questions or concerns, she made sure to resolve themIt's been a pleasure working with Gena over the last years

We have done business with Merchant Lynx Services for over 4 years. It has always been a great experience when we need something, whether supplies, service, or a technical issue. Merchant Lynx Services is a valued business partner for us.

Back in August of 2015 a salesman came in to my business to make a switch to Merchant Lynks. We agreed on the terms and signed papers. The salesman said that he would be back to set up my system. He never showed up. In the meantime he had all my banking information. I have gotten fees charged on my account and a cancellation fee even though I never processed a single transaction. I am still waiting to get my money back and it's November, 2015. Trying to get to talk to someone is liking pulling teeth. I have called the company numerous times. The waiting for someone to answer is more than 30 minutes on the phone.
Terrible company to do business with.

I am the owner of Lilly Lynn Graphics, this is my 1st year in business and my 1st merchant account. I had some questions about my billing when I called the bank they could not assist me and I was completely frustrated because every dollar counts when you are starting a new business. The next day I received a call from Gena B.. I explained to her my issues as well as my frustrations about the merchant account and the billing. She was SO patient with me, she answered all my questions as well as took the time to educated me on what to expect in the future. She also explained that there are ways I can run my cards that can save me money. I appreciate the fact that they have employees who genuinely care about their customers. In this day and age that is very rare! I want to say thank you to Merchant Lynx Services as well as Gena B..

We started our business in late June. Our biggest regret was to sign up with Merchant Lynix as our credit card processing service provide. In the pat three months, we never have had luck to receive response to our emails or call back. It is very difficult to get through its phone line, average waiting time is 25-30 minutes. In the past four weeks, we called three time to get and follow up our paper supply as they promised. We were told or would arrive in three days. Four weeks, we still don't receive it. You put your business in its hands, this how you are treated.

They are even trying to charge the 500 cancellation fee after we called about this unwanted account. Of course, the representative who came to our location can not be reached and no one ever returns our calls as they tell you when you call. Just avoid the headache and do not provide any information to this company.

SCAM STAY AWAY!!!

Rates promised skyrocketed after 3 months. Was charged cancellation fee even after promised I wouldnt be charged. Took 6 months to get fee refunded and again 7 months after cancelling have gotten charged another miscellaneous fee.

Review: [redacted] walked into my salon and offered me a merchant machine with a flat fee of $80 a month and that was it. I told him I did not want a contract or lease on the machine. As I only had 5 months left on my lease in the building. He said " No lease" .. The day they installed it, it blew up my computer, router and cameras. It didn't work from day one. I complained to numerous people in the company. Being transferred from one 800 number to the other. Put on hold for hours. I can not run a business like this. The busiest day of the year was Thanksgiving.. we had over 100 clients in the salon and the machine did not work. I tried calling him over and over. His phone went right to voice mail and his mailbox is always full. When I finally got someone on the phone the guy yelled at me. Telling me "we are only trying to help you" . They never tried to help. It has been a nightmare. They said I could cancel the contract. So they emailed me over the contract to fax back. And I faxed it to them last night. But before that I called the dept. to see where I can send the machine back., as I have only had it for 2 weeks and out of the 2 weeks it has not worked. The guy told me I am in contract for 48 months and my by out is $3000. I never initialed this contract. [redacted] put my initials down. I have a picture of the way I right my initials and the way he wrote mine. They are both on the same contract. He forged my initials. I do not want their services and never want to speak or hear from them again. There is nothing but complaints about them on the computer., that I wished I had read before taking this machine. They are scam artist in every way. There are over 100 complaints about them.Desired Settlement: Take this merchant machine back and never contact me again. And I wont sue them for forgery.

Review: I signed a contract for this company on 10/** after being told it would save us countless dollars on processing fees. On 11/* a tech showed up with no warning mid-business day (none of this was ever discussed when the sales rep came in) and changed out our system during business hours on our busiest day. After we questioned it's compatibility with our POS system the tech he told us "yes, it's fine". He quickly left after a 30 second demo of how to use this unexpected system. It was NOT compatible with our POS system and required a lengthy change to our system which resulted in loss of business as clients got frustrated waiting. We were told nothing would change when the rep sold us their service and this whole new machine was never even discussed with us. We unhooked the machine after 2 hours of pure chaos and called our original credit card processor immediately. Merchant Lynx Services said they would call and cancel our previous provider and advise us then what to do with the old machine. When we called our original provider they said this is a lie being the only ones able to cancel their service would have been the business owners or account holders. We called customer service the next day (less than 24 hours later) to review the contract in detail and question many charges and discovered many hidden and additional charges and fees and told them to cancel the account. I was told they could not and needed "permission" from the main office or sales rep to cancel the account and that I would receive a call between 24 and 48 hours later. After 46 hours and no call, I called again and customer service again wouldn't let me cancel the account. After questioning how the only permission they needed was mine to cancel account and being put on hold forever, they said you can write us a letter and mail it. I questioned why I was not told that days ago, then again I was put on hold and told now I would be sent (via email) a "closure agreement" which I promptly filled out and emailed to the address as instructed. I asked for confirmation that account had been closed and where to send the machine back to (as customer service had no answer for me on phone). A day later I heard nothing and now I am receiving bills from them for dates that the system wasn't even in service for. I want the account closed immediately and proof of it so that they can not continue to charge me for bogus charges.Desired Settlement: For the account to be closed immediately and to have proof of it's closure sent to me. Any related bills should be reversed as I have been trying to cancel the account for the last 3 days (beginning less than 20 hours after it was installed) and they won't let me cancel and the story changes on their side with every call.
