To Summarize:
Merchant Monday provided *** *** of “Patriot Floor Care” with a serviceBased on all the attached documentation it is very clear that these charges are not fraudulent, that a product was indeed received, and that the customer did agree to these charge(s)

The customer *** *** signed up for our service on May 18thHe was told it would take 3-business days to receive an Ad for his approvalAt the very latest, he should have received that Ad by the end of the business day on May 26thOur Ad Development team had regrettably fallen a bit behind
due to some sudden staffing changes, and we were unable to get the Ad to the customer on that dateBecause our office was closed over the weekend and due to the holiday on the 29th, today (May 30th) was the first day we were able to address the issueUpon realizing the customer had not received the Ad within the promised timeframe and was understandably dissatisfied, we immediately cancelled his subscription and refunded the full paid amount for our service. In summary, this issue has already been addressedThe customer has been refunded in full, and he will not be billed for our service again.Sincerely,Merchant Monday Team

I am rejecting this response because:
I have none of those emails they claim to have sent me.  I don't even know where they placed my information.  I thought they were lead generation people.  I did not use the service, whatever it was once. They never contacted me directly once I paid them to ask me anything, offer assistance or even see how it was going.  AS far as I am concerned they just ripped me off for the 299.00 fee initially and then again for the 49.99. I only want my 49.99 back.  If they won't provide the refund, I will just go onto every review page I can and write a review on them. Scott Hoage
