As a business owner I would want to know that my business is being run very poorly. Fair pricing was given and once I recieved the bill, it was not what was offered to me. And I was billed extra fees then quoted.. The biggest problem was that they take their money but take weeks to deposit the our money. Without our sales they wouldn't even be making the money off me and the refuse to deposit the money because of security issues. I was told 24 to 48 hours max, for our money to be dopsited. All lies to get you signed up. Nobody can ever help when calling in to customer service. I would never recommend Merchant One to anyone. Very bad business.
Though our business needs have changed, I have to thank Merchant One for their service. Always received our deposits quickly and got much better rates than we did with Wells Fargo Merchant Services. I have never worked with anyone who went to greater lengths to help us or retain our business. Andrew especially was very invested in making sure their product was exactly what we needed. Thank you!!
