We have gotten the leased terminal functioning as it was intendedWe have reached out to the merchant repeatedly, and he has not responded to our calls to discuss this complaint and our resolution

I have transactions pending from settlements made on 11/*/2016,which were suppose to have been funded within two days according to this companies advertisement, but that has not been the case.That is the only reason for us to continue to deal with this problem.This problem has not been resolved.Would not recommend this company to anyone in business,this has been a complete headache.The terminal sent to us,is of poor quality

To whom it may concern,I contacted *** on October **,2016,about this problem.We received an email from Mr.R*** on October **,,Stating that Telecheck had resolved this problem.I contacted Telecheck in efforts of getting the terminal programmed.Telecheck could not program the terminal through our digital phone system.They suggested that I find a place with an analog phone system to download the program,which is ridiculous,because the terminal should have arrived with the program already installed.My suggestion to merchant express would be to set up a virtual terminal or a system that works with my digital communication system.

We have offered to resolve this issue in several ways. We have agreed to have the terminal shipped back to us and we will cancel the lease. In the meantime, the merchant ran Telecheck transactions and has not been funded for them. He has refused to speak with us anymore, but we are nevertheless trying to resolve this issue.
