This company is really bad! They don't pay their employees what they promise. The senior people go around recruiting on sites like Indeed and then promise new employees all this money and compensation so they work hard for a month then they refuse to pay them. They have done this to 40 people in the last three months and this is illegal and morally wrong! I would stay far away from this company as humanly possible!

To whom it may concern,
I contacted [redacted] on October **,2016,about this problem.We received an email from Mr.R[redacted] on October **,2016 ,Stating that Telecheck had resolved this problem.I contacted Telecheck in efforts of getting the terminal programmed.Telecheck could not program the terminal through our digital phone system.They suggested that I find a place with an analog phone system to download the program,which is ridiculous,because the terminal should have arrived with the program already installed.My suggestion to merchant express would be to set up a virtual terminal or a system that works with my digital communication system.

Review: I MADE SEVERAL PHONE CALLS TO HAVE THE SERVICE STOP WE WERE NOT HAPPY WITH IT AND SWITCHED TO ANOTHER COMPANY I CONTINUED TO CALL TO HAVE IT CANCELLED AND WAS GIVEN WELL THIS IS A MONTH BEHIND BUT THE CHARGES CONTINUED TO HAPPEND. I THEN CALLED AGAIN TODAY AND WAS GIVEN ANOTHER NUMBER I SPOKE TO [redacted] AND HE SAID THAT I HAD TO CALL THEM DIRECTLY TO HAVE IT CANCELLED NO ONE EVER TOLD ME THAT I TOLD HIM AND I STATED THE BILL HAS NO CONNECTION TO THIS NUMBER . I TOLD HIM I HAD BEEN CALLING THE ONLY NUMBER ON THE STATEMENT REPEADYLY AND WAS NEVER DIRECTED ANYTHING ELSE. I ASKED HIM TO REVERSE THE CHARGES AS HE CAN SEE WE HAVENT PROCESSED ANYTHING THROUGH THEM IN 4 MONTHS HE SAID SORRY NOTHING I CAN DO. THAT IS A SCAM HOW WAS I SUPPOSED TO KNOW THERE IS ANOTHER COMPANY BEHIND THE SCENES.Desired Settlement: I WOULD LIKE THE $38 TIMES 4 MONTHS REFUNDED TO MY ACCOUNT.

Review: I signed a two year contract with merchant pro to handle all of my credit card transactions. The two year contract was fulfilled with no issues.I notified Merchant pro at the end of my contract, I would not renew and am having my back take over my cc services.It turns out that the credit card machine was leased by Merchant pro express under a THREE year contract without explaining this to me in detail.I was informed by Merchant pro express that I would need to contact first data (the company that leased the machine) when I did, they said I was ultimately responsible and would need to pay the full amount.I contacted [redacted] at customer support and told him that this was their responsibility, why, as a businessman would I sign a two year contract with them and a three year contract with the cc machine company? It just doesn't make sense.merchant pro refuses to honor any responsibility even though I signed a contract with them, not first data to handle my transactions. They should make sure the machine contract does not extend past their own.Desired Settlement: I want them to contact first data, fulfill the contract THEY made with first data and close out the account. I fulfilled my end of the contract, they should do the same.

Response:

Merchant signed the attached application and confirmation page to the T&C"s on 11/**/2010. The standard merchant agreement is 3 years and merchants often sign a 4 year lease as it is less expensive on a monthly

basis than a 3 year lease. If merchant is signing with Suntrust bank, they can use the terminal that they are leasing. According to page 2 of 4 of the application, the terms of the lease are clearly hard coded to the signed

and initialed agreement. Our general counsel is going to reach out to the merchant to try and come up with resolution, but according to the agreement that was signed and initialed, the merchant does not support their

claim.
