which we provided him with an advertising package for his website ([redacted]merchantprocessing.com).
I feel it necessary to explain the services we provide to our clients in order for you to better understand what took place and why a complaint may have been issued in the first place.
[redacted] originally became a client of (BUSINESS NAME) because he was pursuing an online business. We provided [redacted] with this business by designing his website and assisting him in the development of an online affiliate program. Please refer to [redacted] site website.com.
Once the development of [redacted] site was complete he was in fact contacted by one of our advertising consultants in reference to possible strategies on how he could advertise and promote his website. After conversing with one of our consultants [redacted] elected to take part in one of our campaigns. He did this of his own will and was provided with full disclosure both verbally and in writing as to the details of this campaign. I know this because we require a signed invoice detailing the campaign of our clients’ choice along with a signature from our clients agreeing to the terms and conditions of our services before we initiate any campaign on our client’s behalf. Please see the attached invoice for proof of this transaction.
As stated in the invoice, we do not guarantee any sales or specific monetary revenues to our clients on the grounds that there is no way to know what purchases if any will be made as to the advertising being done. We provide advertising like many other companies, and like any other advertising agency we fully disclose that there are no guarantees with any advertising done. I.E. if someone were to post an ad in the auto trader to sell a vehicle and did not sell the vehicle as quickly as they hoped, would that be considered a valid complaint against the Auto Trader for misleading sales practices?

What I cannot do is provide [redacted] with a refund on his purchase simply because he has elected to change he mind months after entering into this business transaction. I am providing you with the documentation showing what I feel is ample proof that we have done exactly what we were required to do in order to fulfill our end of this business transaction.
We also wanted to To notify you that the compliant that was made to you was by [redacted] she is not nor has she ever done business with our company. Her husband made the purchase and authorized the transaction we have explained several times we are willing to work with them but they refuse to return our emails and messages.
Though I am sympathetic to [redacted] situation, I maintain that we have provided all the services he purchased in a timely fashion as promised. I truly hope this will help to shed some light on this situation, however if you require anything further from me please feel free to contact me directly.

I was looking for a home-based business and the description seemed to fit my needs. It required $199 to set up a website as an affiliate for businesses seeking loans and credit card terminals. I received an invoice for the set up fee, and a 6 month guarantee that If I followed their coaching plan and didn't earn back my investment I would be refunded the difference. At first I was supposed to pay $20/loan application and the smallest batch I could purchase was 250 applications ($5000). They would do all the paper work and let me know which loans were approved. I would earn a commission of 2% of the amount of each approved loan, 50% of the credit card processing fee, and $500 per credit card terminal. After talking with them for several months stating that I couldn't afford that big of an investment, they had a special bundle deal for me of 250 applications for $2,500. I had many discussions with my "coach". My husband and I had many discussions about this business opportunity. After 5 months we finally decided that this was not the business for us. When I informed my "counselor" of my decision he said, " You wasted my time! [redacted] off!"
