Received a call from this organization soliciting tee shirts to advertise my company info on the tee shirtsThe rep stated they were for a worthy cause for Henry county residentsI informed her that I would be interested however, I do not handle business over the phone because It could be some random caller trying to scam meI requested company to email the information with a description of the product including sizes of ad ( front or back of tee shirt) how many tee shirts involved for the price including any itemization to allow me to make an informed decision I never received the email or an invoice instead the company began to harass with numerous phone calls requesting me credit card information I never signed an agreement or contract , I don't know the size of the ad or how many tee shirts with the add instead I am being harassed on the phoneTwo months later I finally receive some correspondence from the company and it was a day past due invoice for a product I know no

This company called my store offering to "repeat" the advertising on a t-shirt, that I supposedly did last yearI said that I would like to see a proof and they agreed to email one to meI have not received a proof to this dateHowever, I did receive a bill for $for "advertising"We called and explained that we did not agree to advertising, ONLY to view a proofThe supervisor said that all sales are final and that we would have to pay
I reviewed my email accounts and have never received any emails from this companySo I obviously did NOT advertise with them in the past! I will not be paying this bill and want to warn others who may receive their phone callsI believe this is merely a SCAM!! They even claimed to be representing a fund-raiser for *** *** *** ***, as if they are raising fundsSCAM!!!

I was called by Promotional Specialties about sponsorship on a t-shirt for a Breast Cancer awareness shirt for the White County Health DepartmentI was quoted $and initially turned down the opportunityThe caller then promised a bigger size and a price reduction to $I paid half at the time and then called the Health Department and they said that they had not requested the shirts so I immediately called back and was told the shirts would be made and delivered to the health department based on the advertisers that were already lined upAt that time I asked for my money back and was told that they couldn't give me money back and that they were definitely going to make the shirtsI have now followed up multiple times with multiple excuses as to why the shirts didn't get printed and why I did not receive the shirts I was promised with the second part of my paymentI realize that I should have followed my instinct better but I am now out $of advertising supposedly for a loc

I was contacted by Promotional Specialties to have an ad on Tshirts that were going to be used at the local school (football games)--I gave the rep my bank info and they advised they would email me info and a receipt--I never received any info and so after approxweeks --I received a copy of my electronic ck from the bank and then I found their info on the internet ( I also contacted the school district and they advised they had never heard of this company so therefore once I finally reached the rep it seemed like she was going to help solve the problem--she had been out due to sick family members I talked with her and advised that since this had taken so long and I was concerned about fraud that I would like for the owner to call me and she advised that would not be possible--I then called back and I assume I was on speaker phone and the gm John was present --and advised that the owner would not call me and he was the final say and basically did not want to even listen I was as
