Upon receiving the posting, we contacted the business owner to review their concerns. During our conversation, we confirmed the account was not closed in a timely manner and agreed upon the refund in the amount of $for the months the merchant account was inactive. We mailed the
refund check on 3/4/via *** Certified Mail tracking # ***, which was delivered on 3/6/2017. We have confirmed that the merchant account is completely closed and should not be billed againWe apologize and look forward to serving you in the futurePlease let us know if you require further assistance

review we found out that the rate that was promised was correct, however, there were other monthly fees that were calculated into your overall rate making it seem you were getting charged higher than what was promised. As a courtesy, we decided to refund you the $cancellation fee for this misunderstanding and hope this will resolve your complaint with our company.
