Regarding "For Merchant Services USA to stop wrongfully/blindly billing me per month for a service I no longer have"We have stopped charging his account.Regarding "A refund on the service fees charged after the account cancelled" We have issued refunds for the two charges totaling $22.94.Regarding "A refund of the mysterious charges pre and post cancellation"(Dataminer) A total of $will be refunded by MCPS in to business days.Regarding the $early termination fee: That was a contractually agreed to chargeCopies of said contract have already been provided. In conclusion unlike most of Revdex.com complaints- Those of a consumer nature, this is a business to business contractual agreementWe are held contractually responsible to fulfill our obligations under the agreement by our clientsWe must insist they do the sameIf all companies had the complainants same attitude, it would make it impossible to conduct business as a contract/agreement would have no binding effect on the two parties involvedNo refund can be given as it would set a dangerous precedent

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me I will wait until for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolvedThanks to Revdex.com and I appreciate Revdex.com's help to resolve my issueThe resolution was Fast and Fair.Keep up with good workThanks Regards, [redacted]

RE: Complaint ID# [redacted] Just above your top signature on the page that requires multiple signatures, is hypertext link that states the terms and conditions are available online by clicking that linkThe bank also mailed you a welcome package (containing a full copy of the Terms and Conditions) to your business address where all monthly statements were mailed, none of which were returned as undeliverableOn March 31,you also received by mail a change in the Terms and Conditions notification that once again contained a full copy of the terms and conditionsUnfortunately due to the facts stated above we cannot in good conscience request a refund be issued

RE: complaint #*** Regarding your most recent reply, this communication shall serve as notice to you that we have notified the bank card center to not proceed with collection efforts regarding the $early termination fee that was rejected on 12/04/when the bank card center attempted to collect the $in questionThe $Fee has been waivedAs I understand your communication this should satisfy your desired resolution

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
I cannot consider this complaint closed because I have not seen a credit appear in my bank account as of this writingFurthermore, the company has retained my bank information and just yesterday charged an additional $to my account for a MERCHANT SERVICE FEEI will also wait for this fee to be reimbursedThe company claims they had sent me pages of information including early termination terms -- I DID in fact receive pages two and 1/years ago -- BUT ALL pages were application information onlyI NEVER received even one sentence describing terms of this contract nor ANY information detailing terms of an early terminationI do not consider this company trustworthy and I absolutely expect to see refunds appear in my account before this complaint is closed

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I could argue that amendments were made to an agreement that I was not aware of but instead I will say that I followed procedure for cancelling as I was instructed by a representative that claimed to share a common goal with me which was to have this account cancel without an early termination fee so much so that I waited years to cancel without being charged this fee I can't understand what I could have done differently after so many attempts to understand what needs to happen, why and what changed from the contract that I signed initially, etc I will add that other complaints were in fact other businesses, some having the exact same issue as mine and they had been refunded cancellation fee or canceled without a fee.

RE: Complaint #*** Regardless of the fact that; above your signature it directs you to detailed information related to the termination rights and obligations set forth in the agreement, along with the web address to view same; an additional copy of the terms and conditions were mailed to
you along with a welcome letterAll that aside, if you are unhappy we have failed youA $refund of your early termination fee will be credited back to your account by *** *** *** as per your requestFurthermore this letter shall confirm that your account is closedIf we may be of further assistance Please do not hesitate to contact us

March 17, 2016RE: Revdex.com Complaint ID# ***In reviewing Mr*** complaint it became apparent that Mr*** was not taking into consideration the fact that two separate companies were contracted, and were debiting monies for services separately. The cancellation of services at the end of
the term referred to the agreement with MCPS/Woodforest National BankThat was indeed cancelled with no further chargesThe charges for the Merchant Services USA agreement were not cancelled as the letter of cancellation was addressed to Merchant’s Choice Payment Solutions (MCPS) and made no reference to the agreement with us (Merchant Services USA).Many of our clients (Merchant Services USA) leave MCPS/Woodforest National Bank to process credit cards with other banks and processors as the years go byWe however as an equipment service provider continue to provide services for the credit card processing equipment used by our clients regardless of who the bank or processor receiving the transactions transmitted by the credit card processing equipmentThat being said our agreement survives the cancellation with the bank or processor until such time as our client cancels services with us.Regardless of the facts above in the interest of satisfying a client of ours we have issued a full refund if $today that will be received by Mr*** bank tomorrowI called Mr*** who was very satisfiedDuring the conversation he mentioned he also incurred NSF fees from his checking account bankI offered to send another refund of those fees as soon as he determines the amount involvedI shared my email address with him to facilitate thatI believe Mr*** is happy with this resolution. My thanks to the Revdex.com to insure all our clients are satisfied

"A refund of the mysterious charges pre and post cancellation"(Dataminer) A total of $29.85 will be refunded by MCPS in 2 to 3 business days.Regarding the $495 early termination fee: That was a contractually agreed to charge. Copies of said contract have already been provided. In conclusion unlike most of Revdex.com complaints- Those of a consumer nature, this is a business to business contractual agreement. We are held contractually responsible to fulfill our obligations under the agreement by our clients. We must insist they do the same. If all companies had the complainants same attitude, it would make it impossible to conduct business as a contract/agreement would have no binding effect on the two parties involved. No refund can be given as it would set a dangerous precedent.

[redacted] mentions that other companies have had the same issue and received a refund of the early termination fee. That is not the case. Each case for the most part is unique and fairness is our ultimate guide.Regardless, [redacted] business has been a client of ours for ten years and that requires an exception to be made because of the length of our business relationship.A $495 refund will be issued.

RE: Complaint # [redacted] A refund request of the $495 early termination fee was submitted to [redacted] on 04/24/2015, unfortunately there was a delay with our request. The refund of the $495 early termination fee was completed on 05/05/2015 and the refund for the $12.95 monthly service fee (billed on 04/24/2015) was also processed and was completed on 05/07/2015. This morning 05/08/2015 I spoke to Ms. [redacted] who confirmed she’d received the $495 refund and the $12.95 had appeared in her account today. At this time we consider the merchants requested resolution has been met and the merchant is satisfied.  If I may be of further assistance please do not hesitate to contact me.
