Revdex.com- [redacted] *** 10-29-15Mr [redacted] called me yesterdayAfter discussing the situation, I instructed him on what information and documents I would need from him in order to determine this is a case of identity theftHe agreed to send me that informationI told him once I receive the information I will review and determine if this account should be removed from his credit file. After receiving the “rejection” comments this morning from him through the Revdex.com site, I called himHe said he had responded to my answer before speaking with me on the phone yesterdayWe have agreed to continue with the process of determining this is an identity theft situation[redacted] Tell us why here

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: The response does not resolve the claim and they are choosing to stand by a SCAM. No credit was issued at any time for this to be reported on my history of flawless credit reports. The [redacted] representative was running a scam when he asked for my signature and social security number and said it was protection against the check I paid in full for the 1 time service that day. I was not told I did not have to read anything because I was paying by check. They lied to me and had a motive to later con me for more money for days of no service and then charge a cancellation fee. This Collection company is representing a SCAM. A crime that was committed. I don't care how many times you or [redacted] have or try to reach out to me- I am not paying on this SCAM. I have had a responsible and excellent history of paying for credit. As this was not a credit transaction, it should not be on my credit reports.- this was a SCAM. I do not pay on scams or their representatives. Regards, [redacted] ***

MPB emphatically denies MrMehra’s statement that we are “helping support unethical companies by improperly facilitating claims” I have reviewed the pages of documentation our client provided when they assigned the account and I completely understand why they billed for services rendered However, it is obvious that MrMehra has no intention of paying our client for their many hours spent on his company’s computer issuesTherefore, we have cancelled and returned the account back to our clientWe have informed them that any future collection attempts by us would not be successful and they should consider other methods, if they wish to pursue this outstanding balance dueTell us why here

Revdex.com- [redacted] Case # [redacted] MPB account # [redacted] Our response was not intended to be “sarcastic” but a factual detailed report of how the account was handled In regards to her statement that we told her we don’t own the debt, we would never make that commentAs I stated previously, we don’t purchase debtsOur clients remain “owners” of the debts, at all times I explained in our earlier response, our representative did mistakenly state the account had been returned to our client because of the cease and desist statusHer request for a letter? Ms [redacted] contacted me yesterday by phone and paid the balance dueI mailed her a letter stating the balance has been paid and will be removed from her credit fileI went on line yesterday after her call and submitted a request to have the account removed from her file I will reiterate we did not, nor did our client, violate the HIPAA law by supplying the itemized statement of charges to Ms [redacted] .Our phone recordings are for our internal useWe will not be providing a “hard copy” to Ms [redacted] If she would like to make an appointment with me and come to our office, I can let her listen to the calls[redacted] Tell us why here
