Affordable decks and additions built a deck and an addition with new flooring on the first floorThe floor between the addition and the kitchen is peaked and not levelIt is obvious when walking between the rooms, and is not what anyone would want in their house We have had numerous issues with the flooring but this new issue of it not being level and peaking is not being addressed by the companyWe have called Dave, supervisor from Affordable Decks multiple timesHe either ignores our calls or if we are lucky enough to reach him, he states he will get back to us and almost never does He did send someone out named Mike (who was very good) who looked at the floor issue and agreed it needed to be fixedAffordable Decks stated they would get back to us about fixing the issue but did notAfter numerous calls and texts, Dave responded that we are not under warranty and they will not fix the floor We responded back that we are under warranty, and it is in the contract which we ha
There are several issues, which at this point, have been addressed but not fixed One issue has been addressed multiple times, both by Jeff and his foreman TimTim has been nothing but nice to me, however, he has been unable to solve the issueAt our last discussion, I told him I did not want any additional work completed if it was going to make the issue worse He was able to previously raise several joists in order to get rid of a dipUnfortunately, over the winter, the problem returnedAt this point, I don't see any way to fix the problem and Tim agrees My second issue is regarding the warranty for the deck productJeff sold us this product based on the idea that Azek has a lifetime warranty which included things such as splitting and fadingHowever, upon contacting Azek to make a claim, they told me this is not true for products sold before 1/1/Obviously, this was a major reason why we selected the product Just the same as the first issue, there is no way
