I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ***, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
Store Manager Shazam M***'s reply is full of untruthsThe only truth is that I ordered chairs, and I did indeed send, on March ***, the email he attached after receiving the chairs indicating "I received and inspected the chairs at noon todayHappily they are in good condition, and we can close this matter." Everything else is a lie.I have attached a series of emails and the original purchase invoice dated 12/**/You will see that I was notified - IN WRITING - that delivery was 4-weeks, not 10-as MrM*** saidI received ONE and only one call from WH Design between 12/**/and delivery on 3/**/That was on Friday, 3/**/when MrM*** called to schedule delivery FINALLY, which occurred on Monday, March ***, exactly weeks from the day I paid IN FULL for the chairsThe salesperson Delia H*** NEVER returned a single call I made to herMrM*** only called once on 3/**I was NEVER advised that the delivery time was 10-weeks because it was not....it was 4-weeksAny conversation with WH Design was through my own actions - never through a proactive call or email from WH Design.You will see in the email trail that Timothy was the only person who ever responded to me, expressing regret for the inconveniences and delaysTimothy told me first via phone that the chairs were delayed in customsWhen I still heard nothing from WH Design I was told via phone they were on a truck to arrive on March *** but the truck didn't arrive as anticipatedWH Design did not advise that the truck did not arrive until I reached out to themThen I was told via email that the truck was delayed further due to snow (which, apparently added more than a week to the delivery date which is not credible)This store, I learned after my purchase, has SO MANY COMPLAINTS online about their delivery delays and poor customer serviceI filed my complaint with the Revdex.com after I received my chairs on May ***I emailed WH Design indicating "I received and inspected the chairs at noon todayHappily
they are in good condition, and we can close this matter." I was not indicating I was happy; I was stating that happily the chairs were in good condition (looking online I see many cases of deliveries from WH Design where the purchased items were NOT in good condition)I also was telling MrM*** we could close this matter of the delivery - not stating that I was either satisfied with WH Design or that I would not be pursuing a complaint with the Revdex.comI simply wanted nothing to do with him or his store directly again.I still demand proof of the purchase order WH Design made to obtain my chairs which I purchased and paid for on 12/**/2016, so that I can see when the order for the chairs was placedI will not be satisfied until this evidence is provided.*** ***

Customer purchase 4 dining room chair which is custom made in Italy and was inform it will be 10-12 weeks for delivery, He was informed multiple times over the phone of the ETA, The chairs indeed delivered to client on the 12th week, please see attached email from customer confirming he have...
