When scheduling Service visits for our Technicians, we offer our customers certain time frames because our Technicians only have general ideas of what tasks...

need to be completed before arriving to any home. Once the Technician assesses the unit, the time of any Service visit may vary depending on the work load that needs to be completed. What we can do for [redacted], as we do for all our customers, is provide a time frame or window for when to expect the arrival of our Service Technicians. If for any reason a Service call cannot be completed within the expected time frame, we will reach out to our customers to notify them so that the necessary arrangements are made.
