Mercury Grand Hotel

Review: My wife and I stayed at this hotel for my daughters wedding . The reception was over at [redacted] , we got to hotel with the rest of the wedding party about [redacted] it was total chaos in there the girl that set up all the reservation for the wedding quit the week before .My wife could not find her credit card so she used mine to hold the room . The next morning when we checked out she paid with hers .When I got home I checked my account and learned they had a pending payment for the room on my credit card . I called them on Tuesday morning I was told that I had to speak to a supervisor after noon .So I called back and she was not going to be in until Wednesday afternoon or Thursday maybe . This should never have happened the charge should never be entered . I am retired on a fixed income I should not have to wait for my money . there
