November 5th I purchased a vehicle through marine credit Union for 12,and all was wellIt was my 1st car Loan and I did not quite understand some of the things that were being said, but Linda B [redacted] a loan officer did a pretty good job of explaining it or so I thoughtFast forward years no missed payments I was involved in an accident my insurance totaled the vehicle and issued me a payoff which left me with a balance of under Provided I had GAP through the Credit Union I was told the balance would be taken care of WRONG they decided to deny the Gap insurance claim on grounds that I purchased an extended warranty and that needs to be used to cover the balanceHere is the kicker while I was filing a dispute with the Insurance commissioner they went ahead and cashed in my warranty covered the balance and then sent delinquent account notice to the credit bureaus which I am now also disputing I would never deal with them again after this experience
