Review: I parked the vehicle on Sunday December [redacted] at 9:30am, a White Subaru Legacy at Mercury Parking [redacted] part of [redacted]. We were there to go to [redacted]'s Church and a play at [redacted] theatre at 2pm. The facility parking was $18 and that was fair price which I paid via cash. We picked up the vehicle at 5pm after a nice day in the City. Upon entering the car I noticed I was missing two Iphone 6 Chargers which I had plugged into the charges. The facility was crowded so I thought at the time perhaps they fell under the seat and proceeded to leave the facility. As I approached the several traffic light before getting on the Henry Hudson Parkway I kept looking for the chargers but to no avail. It is unfortunate that a trusted place like [redacted] and Mercury would some misplace the chargers and why they thought there was a need to unplug them and remove them from the vehicle. I called the facility at 6:25pm on Sunday once I go home. I had trouble getting thru as I know the facility is quite busy and the gentleman on the phone said they would search the parking area to see if somehow the two iphone 6 chargers were removed from the car and were on the floor but they were not aware of any being taken out of cars. I called back at 6:57pm or 30 minutes later and they said only their employees have access to the cars and they did not see any iphone 6 chargers in their facility and then another employee said maybe they have it but asked if I could come back to the garage. I told them unfortunately I live in Connecticut so would prefer them to mail it but they said no and quickly hung up.Desired Settlement: Again it is unfortunate because I have come to appreciate [redacted] and have used their facilities many times over the years and have not had an issue. This time thou it looks like they have a person in their facility that is procuring or moving iphone 6 charges from cars for whatever reason and not returning them. The iphone 6 chargers themselves cost about $10.99 each so relatively small dollars but the trust in Icon is my concern here as well. I do have faith in [redacted] thou and feel if they do the right thing here which is to replace to me two iphone 6 chargers, my trust in them can be restored. Thanks in advance for your help here and know [redacted] will do the right thing here. Thanks again.

Review: On Sunday, 12/**my wife & I went into the city & parked at Mercury Parking, Lic#[redacted]. When we returned later that evening, we were told, only after waiting over 30 mins & asking where our car was, that they lost the keys. The attendant was apologetic, yet absolutely unhelpful. We were told “just go home & come back with your keys tomorrow”. A little difficult as we live in Jersey & our only way home was our car. We were then told to take a cab home. A little taken back, we tried to explain that taking a cab home would be hundreds of dollars. We were told that we would be reimbursed any & all amounts associated with the expenses from their mistake & just keep the receipts. We had no choice but to take cab home. The next day, we took a car in & picked up our car with our extra set of keys. Luckily, when we arrived back at the garage, they found our keys. The manager [redacted] promised that he was going to send in the receipts for reimbursement & we would have it by Friday that week. Over & over again he made this promise. Because I pointed out that we were days away from Christmas & this was a lot of money to be putting out right before. And honestly, my wife did not trust that we would be getting a refund. So, I keep making him repeat when we would have our money back. We did leave with [redacted]’s promise that we would have the money by that Friday. Friday came & went & no check. I called early this week, again [redacted] gave us the run around & said “I sent it to my manager. You’ll have the check BEFORE Christmas. Now, Christmas has come & gone & still no check!

My wife called [redacted] this AM to ask about the check. She again got the runaround. Was told he gave the paperwork to his manager. She asked for his manager’s name. He refused to give it to her. Stating he wasn’t just going to give out his manager’s number. She stated she didn’t want his number, she just wanted his name. He still refused to give it to her & told her to “look it up on the internet”. Then stated “I’m very busy, you just have to be patient” & hung up.

I still cannot believe that this happened & this is how we are being treated. I understand mistakes happen, but then you fix them properly. My wife & I are out close to $500 right before Christmas, we cannot get a hold of anyone that can help us or is willing to try to help us & we are being treated that we are inconveniencing the parking garage. They have hung up on his numerous of times & refuse to give us any other contact information. They have lied stating that [redacted] was at a meeting & to call back 1 or 2 hours. I had a friend called 3 minutes later & she was told that [redacted] was busy & to hang on a minute. They are now dodging our phone calls & hanging up as soon as we ask for [redacted]. My wife looked online & got a number for complaints, but that is just "leave a message & someone will get back to you. They haven't. She tried the number one more time on the website, the gentleman that she spoke with tried to help & told her to send him an email. She did. Nothing. She did find out another name, [redacted]. She was told that this is [redacted]'s managers, but again we haven't heard back ever.

We need your help. All we want is the money we are out for their mistake & to have some procedures set up so this doesn't happen to someone else. Luckily, we live in NJ & not like Kansas. Please I have all the paperwork including the officers name from when we originally called the cops on the [redacted].Desired Settlement: We would just like the money we are out due to their mistake back. $258.50 for the cab home, $201.00 for the car back to the garage & I do not feel we should have to pay for parking that night, so $23 for parking. I have all the receipts & they have copies of all the receipts. My wife would like to see Miguel terminated or at the very least demoted, as she feels no one else should have to deal with what we have been dealing with to get our money back & the rude attitudes from him & his staff.

Review: While rushing to make a matinee on time, my daughter and I pulled into the Mercury Parking garage at [redacted] on October [redacted]2013. We literally handed over the keys and got our receipt and took off on a run. We returned to the garage somewhere between 3 and 4 hours later. On the drive home, I discovered my ipod was missing from my car. After arriving home, I called the garage and was told that they were not responsible for anything left in the car and I should not have left my ipod in the car. The person I spoke to was [redacted]. He said he was not the manager but he was in charge that night. The next morning I called the main office at [redacted] I spoke to a [redacted] and he said he was sorry for my experience, he asked me to email the details to him at [redacted]. I did so. Upon receiving no acknowledgement, I emailed the same address again on October **. To date, no responseDesired Settlement: Ideally I would like my ipod back. Or another replacement for my ipod. At the very least, I believe they should refund my payment. I do not think that if a customer leaves something of value in a car, that that item is there for another to take, I also do not think it is good customer service to immediately put the blame on the owner of the car for leaving something in her car.
