We recently had our pool redone by Mercury (new interior, all new pool equipment). Cannot speak highly enough about Victor, Joel and their crews. They are honest and go in depth with answering any questions that you may have. They offer suggestions and let you know exactly what to expect when the job is completed. They give you a bid the very same day that they come to look at your pool, so you know exactly what you will be looking at for cost. They are real genuine people and their customer service is impeccable! They definitely put the customer first and make sure that everything is satisfactory before collecting final payment. There is a lot to be said for a small family owned company. They only small hiccup that we had was a little miscommunication between the office and the exact dates and times that crews would be working, but, that inconvenience is very trivial in the grand scheme of things. We would recommend Mercury Pool to anybody wanting to redo their pool

I used mercury pools to refinish my pool. I had recently purchased the house and the pool had been decommissioned. There were no english speaking employees on site while the job was performed. I went outside to see the plastering operation and they hadnt even protected the plumbing from the job. this caused a return to get stopped up and is no longer usable. I told them to install sponges at minimum into the pipes and the response was the equivalent of "oh yeah" During the removal of the old plaster they moved jack hammers around very carelessly and broke my cap tile in at least 3 places. Not good!

All problems with Mercury Pool have been taken care of.

Review: Pool was resurfaced & new pool decking. Pool leaking and was not fixed. Spoke with mercury pool about the problems several times and issues where not addressed. After my persistent calls they came and determined it was the skimmer that was leaking. My cracks in the pool decking were not addressed. Pool continues to leak. Asked for receipts and was not given.Desired Settlement: Would like pool fixed and documentation along with it.

I would highly recommend [redacted] and his crew to anyone looking to resurface their pool deck. They did a fantastic job. They basically converted my standard lace and faux brick pattern to a flagstone look to match flagstone pillars around my patio. It looks awesome.[redacted] could not have been more accommodating. The crew was on time, worked very well together and did a great job with clean-up. The price was in a similar ballpark to three others I got but I just felt very comfortable working with [redacted].
