Stegall offered excellent customer service from being on time for our initial quote, to offering the best quote we received, to being able to install our new A/C the very next day (on a Saturday!!) Andrew with Stegall offered service with a smile, was very knowledgeable, and was very kind and upfront with us the whole time We were very impressed with Stegall and recommend them to anyone needing to replace your home's A/C - it's going to be a hot summer!! But, thankfully, we'll be sitting cool inside our home :)
I wanted to personally recommend Stegall for any AC issue you may have At the beginning of the summer, I had one AC unit go out When I called Stegall, they had someone at my house that very afternoon I needed a new unit, and Stegall arranged to have it installed the very next day Just a few short weeks later, a second unit needed to be replaced Once again, the technician was at my house that afternoon, and the second new unit was installed the next day Both times I was presented with all my options, and decided, that based on the age of my units, replacement was necessary With something so stressful has needing two new units in a very short time, I cannot tell you how much the folks at Stegall lessened the burden Their technicians, installers, office staff and management have made this an awesome experience I would highly recommend Stegall for any issue you may have I will never call anyone else! Thank you!
Had stegall install a new system in my house and it is working wonderfulFrom Doug down to all the techs that help install the unit, they were all very professionalWhat impressed me the most was that anytime a tech made eye contact with me for the first timeThey shook my hand and introduced themselves to me and thank me for the businessI run a service center and I want my guys doing the exact same thing
Even after things were done, there is always is going to be a messThey clean up and it looked like the weren't even thereI recommend them 100%
