Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: As descriptive in my complaints as I tried to be, I always have to question any investigation that never once interviews both sides Since the other side in this IS their opposition, I can't say as I am completely surprised In all of their vague and non-committal responses, there has yet to be any sort of addressing of the fact that both Children's Hospital and DHS have cleared us against the vindictive allegations of Mercy staff, who didn't begin to contradict themselves until I complained about their abuse and neglect I would think that administration would want to investigate such neglect and abuse of power as their staff has committed, yet they continue to hide behind the lies they told which were subsequently proven as completely UNFOUNDED And If the investigator truly has contacted all of the regulatory bodies involved, then they would know everything I've stated is in fact true beyond any doubts They would also understand that violating our daughter's civil rights has left her STILL traumatized by their abuse Likewise, the billing that was somehow found to be 'appropriate' STILL hasn't addressed the fact that our year old's medical record reflects that she received items and/or treatment when reality is that they were intended for adult patients and there was absolutely no practical way that the available items or treatments were suitable for a year old with a disability For some reason, Mercy Hospital seems hung up on my allegation of insurance fraud when in fact that is such a minute portion of our complaints As stated previously, it would be an improvement if they'd actually read our complaints and have the understanding that their oaths are supposed to guarantee towards patients...instead of us as consumers.Additionally, as most of her treatment staff didn't have a clue she was autistic, one didn't even know what autism was, and two staff members had the ignorance to blame us as her parents for her autism, I question how Mercy Hospital is qualified to meet any standard of care for those with this disability as they are required to by federal law This never ending circus of denials and questionable one-sided investigations only demonstrate one fact...medical corruption at Mercy Hospital and in Oklahoma knows no limits I will spend the rest of my days educating anyone I come into contact with through our various social groups about our now documented experience and the lessons learned about the quality of education and care at some facilities Especially if you have a child with a disability, do not ever take them to Mercy Hospital Children's Hospital at least provided a treatment of patients that demonstrates their legitimate care and concern for patients instead of their checkbooks Sincerely, [redacted]

Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (3000, 16, 2015/11/19) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
Only response I have received was another bill, and I do not feel I should pay for services that were...

not thoroughly rendered. I have yet to receive a phone call or a formal letter attempting to resolve the aforementioned problem. Thank you

I am rejecting this response because:
As descriptive in my complaints as I tried to be, I always have to question any investigation that never once interviews both sides.  Since the other side in this IS their opposition, I can't say as I am completely surprised.  In all of their vague and non-committal responses, there has yet to be any sort of addressing of the fact that both Children's Hospital and DHS have cleared us against the vindictive allegations of Mercy staff, who didn't begin to contradict themselves until I complained about their abuse and neglect.  I would think that administration would want to investigate such neglect and abuse of power as their staff has committed, yet they continue to hide behind the lies they told which were subsequently proven as completely UNFOUNDED.  And If the investigator truly has contacted all of the regulatory bodies involved, then they would know everything I've stated is in fact true beyond any doubts.  They would also understand that violating our daughter's civil rights has left her STILL traumatized by their abuse.  Likewise, the billing that was somehow found to be 'appropriate' STILL hasn't addressed the fact that our 2 year old's medical record reflects that she received items and/or treatment when reality is that they were intended for adult patients and there was absolutely no practical way that the available items or treatments were suitable for a 2 year old with a disability.  For some reason, Mercy Hospital seems hung up on my allegation of insurance fraud when in fact that is such a minute portion of our complaints.  As stated previously, it would be an improvement if they'd actually read our complaints and have the understanding that their oaths are supposed to guarantee towards patients...instead of us as consumers.Additionally, as most of her treatment staff didn't have a clue she was autistic, one didn't even know what autism was, and two staff members had the ignorance to blame us as her parents for her autism, I question how Mercy Hospital is qualified to meet any standard of care for those with this disability as they are required to by federal law.  This never ending circus of denials and questionable one-sided investigations only demonstrate one fact...medical corruption at Mercy Hospital and in Oklahoma knows no limits.  I will spend the rest of my days educating anyone I come into contact with through our various social groups about our now documented experience and the lessons learned about the quality of education and care at some facilities.  Especially if you have a child with a disability, do not ever take them to Mercy Hospital.  Children's Hospital at least provided a treatment of patients that demonstrates their legitimate care and concern for patients instead of their checkbooks.
Sincerely,
[redacted]
