I am rejecting this response because:
The response in no way responded to my issue with Murcy HospitalThe problem is, when I went to Murcy hospital ER I was charged, and I paid the bill in fullI then get a bill in the mail many months later, letting me know I now owe a much larger amount plus what I already paidI was told by your social worker an employee of Murcy hospital that the hospital ran the insurance, and I was left with this remaining balance for todays visitOnce again I paid this amount in full out of pocket. I should also add, before I received your bill in the mail I also received a bill from the other ER I went to before I received any care from MurcyI was sent to Murcy because my doctor is threw MurcyThe bill The other ER sent was much less, and FYI the service and care was much faster and more tailored to customer satisfaction(They probably saved my life) I want the bill from Murcy hospital fixed I already paid you, I should not owe you any thing, because your hospital has already received more then what I paid elsewhere for much less careI don't see how you threating to release my personal information has anything to do with the complaint filed

I spoke to Mercy and they still stated that they sent copies, copies that I did not receive. I worked it out with them and paid the collection. They told me it wouldn't go on my credit report as long as I paid the bill. It is resolved at this point and I do not want to waste any of Revdex.com's time or...

I am rejecting this response because: Mrs. [redacted] keeps indicating that Mercy will contact me directly in reference to the complaint.  This complaint was lodged several months ago and no one has contacted me.  In addition, its been (5) five days since Mrs. [redacted] first response to this complaint and still no one has contacted me.  The last time I contacted Mercy I received the same answer as the other times that they were working on getting it worked out with the insurance company.  They also assured me that it would not be sent to collections.  Then I receive a notice from collections showing the account was delinquent.  It seems there is no communications within Mercy. On 08-28-2017 my insurance rep (again) tried to help me by calling Mercy.  Listed below is the email I received from my rep:I tried to call [redacted] at [redacted]. The receptionist asked my name before transferring me and then came back on to say that [redacted] must have stepped out. I was put into [redacted]'s voicemail and left another message. I attempted to contact [redacted] at the [redacted] and was told she was not in that office today. I also attempted to call [redacted] at the [redacted] phone number, was asked my name & who I was with and then the receptionist came on saying that she would put me through to [redacted]'s phone but that [redacted] did not pick up for her. I left a voicemail for [redacted] stating that I was calling in regards to [redacted], we are still waiting on some answers and I am hoping she can help me out. I googled Mercy Clinic Gastroenterology -Medical Tower at [redacted] and their message stated to call [redacted] Option 5. I called that phone#/option and asked for [redacted]'s supervisor. She put me on hold and stated that [redacted] was not in. I told her again that I was looking for [redacted]'s supervisor. She stated that [redacted] is [redacted]'s supervisor. I asked again for [redacted]'s supervisor and she stated she is not sure who that would be.Once again no one called back.  I am very frustrated at the lack of cooperation by Mercy and there seemingly being no attempt by them to correct the problem other than billing me for a preventative procedure, which would have been paid in full if they had not coded it wrong on two occasions.  In addition, they could have had the doctors office send in a letter to UHC explaining the problem, but Dr. [redacted]'s billing advised that was not necessary and they would work it out directly with the insurance. So once again, I reject this generic response, because there is no one trying to help with this problem.
