The resident states that they turned in a form in May to have his niece taken off the lease because that is when she moved out. According to our Property Manager, May is when his niece moved in and was put on the lease. We are not aware of when the niece moved out as we have never
received any written notification of her moving out. There was a time when his niece was causing issues with other residents and *** stated that if she doesn’t stop he would have her move out, he also asked if he she moved out would he have to get another roommate, started to panic and stated that he would just not have her move out thenUp until receiving this letter we were not aware that Mr***’s niece had moved out With this notice we now know that she has moved out.
