Review: I see Dr. [redacted] and get along with him just fine. My complaint involves one of his receptionists [redacted]. I do not know the woman's last name. This receptionist is rude, condescending, and insulting. I have recently had dealings via phone with her where she was not only unhelpful, but rude as well. She even resorted to name calling and told me I was a "spoiled fool". She told me that I do whatever I must to get my way. This was a result of me calling regarding a prescription refill. I was told to make an appointment with the Dr. Before they would refill a medication that I take long term. I made the appointment requested in order to obtain the medication and was told by this receptionist that I was spoiled and would use manipulation to get my way. This woman barely knows who I am but felt the need to insult my integrity.Desired Settlement: I would really like a formal apology for the treatment I recieved from this receptionist. That or that she be replaced. The psychological conditions that I live with make situations like this very stressful and difficult to work through.
