On January we called Just Drains to clear a stopped up drain They sent someone out told us the sewer line ha collapsed and he could not fix it He said a supervisor would be out first thing the next morning between 8-They charged us $for thatAt 8:the next morning I called to see when someone would be outWas told someone would call me back within the hourAt 10:I called to see when someone would be out Was told they had truck issues and since I had such a bad attitude, they would not be sending out a supervisorBad attitude? You bet I was getting the run around We called another company and they came out and found a blockage and cleared it The line was not collapsed Just Drains did call back at 4:10pm to tell me that a supervisor was coming out, but since they had already told me they were not sending anyone out the other company was already thereI checked the complaints with Revdex.com and a pattern of arrogance and disrespect for the customer became obvious from the replies to the complaints In particular, the office staff with which I ha contact were extremely rude, unprofessional and lacked even a basic knowledge of customer serviceOne of the relies to a complaint stated that they were putting that customer on their do not service list as if that customer they treated with such disregard would ever call them back anywayWhat arroganceI imagine that list increases dailyPut me on it Please
