Review: I received a bill from Mercy Suburban Hospital that was issued on 8/1/13. The bill had no information on it regarding what the charge was for. It only read $20.00. I called the phone number provided ###-###-#### and referenced my account number ([redacted]) and left a voice message for someone to call me back to explain the charge. I was never contacted and thus did not pay the bill.

The company sent me to a collections company named [redacted], albeit Mercy Suburban never itemized the bill, nor did it call me back explaining what it was for.Desired Settlement: I expect that Mercy Suburban Hospital will sent a letter to collection agency ([redacted]) that all fees have been satisfied (restore good credit), while simultaneously dropping all fees. I expect this because they never called me back to explain the charges plus sent me to collections which may have damage my credit score. Due to their mistakes, and failure to explain the bill, I expect them to resolve this immediately.
