I hired Mercy Works Louisville to assist my mother with personal care and housekeeping a little over a year ago To say I'm pleased is an understatement! My caregiver is always on time and does the little things in addition to what's asked of her in our care plan Jeff, the company owner, stays very much in touch to make sure we're satisfied and things are going well I feel very comfortable with the entire staff I've had the pleasure of meeting I would highly recommend this company to anyone who has a loved one in need of help

Mercy Works Louisville (MWL) Caregivers have been providing daily Home Personal Care services for me daily since mid-February 2014; assisting with dressing, meal preparation, housekeeping, transfers, laundry, errands, and medication reminders. The daily assistance from MWL caregivers has enabled me to remain in my own home despite my advancing Multiple Sclerosis. We have been incredibly impressed with MWL. They have not only been reliable, completely dependable about times of service, and being kind and compassionate, they have also gone the extra mile. The business owners have developed a personal relationship with our family even brought cards made by their own children. Everything we have asked of them, they have done plus a lot extra.

I had the occasion to call Mercy Works for transportation for my elderly mother to the doctor's office. Even though it was short notice, Mercy Works was able to schedule the ride and meet our needs. I appreciate their willingness to bend over backwards for me and will definitely call them again for services as the need arises!
