The Attorney General's Consumer Complaint Office has also advised me that they were unable to work out our differences with this individual? As a result of the blatant disregard for tenant's rights as detailed in KRS I have this week filed suit against the landlord with the Small Claim Court Of Jefferson County
We will let a Judge decide this matter.Regards,*** ***
