I have reviewed the response offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below Regards, [redacted] I gave Mr [redacted] cash which he deposited to pay for this repairSo yes, I am entitled to be involvedMr [redacted] is my ex husand and we paid for these repairs together! Lets not forget that this is about poor scheduling, poor management, and poor attempts at the repair of this vehicleAlso we must not forget the motor we purchased with a warranty that we LOST because Merediths didnt touch the vehicle within the day time period that was alotted on the warranty.Therefore we had to rebuild that motor which infiltrated additional expenses for US and not for Meredith although it was their faultAs far as phone converstaionsThere were many attempts but he failed to answer calls, email, or voicemail because he knew he was at fault and that we would be upset

Here is my response to this matter:In response to your letter dated 9-20-16Ref Id# ***I only spoke to *** *** once in the months I had the carShe called me on the Monday the of Sep and after a brief conversation she hung up the phone....The car was completed and picked up on the
of Sept and was paid for and picked up by *** *** *** *** was the person that brought me the car and got all the engine parts and as I was told paid for everything himself* did not pay anything on this job per *** ***....He paid for everythingHe picked the car up and I haven't heard anything else for *** or *** concerning this car.....How can she get reimbursed for something she did NOT pay for in the first place.....?In response to her "DESIRED SETTLEMENT" We wil NOT be doing anything of the sort.....As for as Meredith's Garage is concerned this matter is closed and We will NOT take anymore actions.....Dustin MeredithMeredith's Garage
