I have reviewed the response offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

[redacted] I gave Mr. [redacted] cash which he deposited to pay for this repair. So yes, I am entitled to be involved. Mr [redacted] is my ex husand and we paid for these repairs together! Lets not forget that this is about 
poor scheduling, poor management, and poor attempts at the repair of this vehicle. Also we must not forget the motor we purchased with a warranty that we LOST because Merediths didnt touch the vehicle within the 30 day time period that was alotted on the warranty.Therefore we had to rebuild that motor which infiltrated additional expenses for US and not for Meredith although it was their fault. As far as phone converstaions. There were many attempts but he failed to answer calls, email, or voicemail because he knew he was at fault and that we would be upset.
