Merica’s Blue Heelers

I paid $1200 for a puppy from this breeder and she ended up not being able to send the dog. Which I was paying for. It was in the total price. So she then said she would send a refund and its been about 3 months now no refund and she doesn't answer my messages. $1200 is alot of money to just not get back when she didn't give me the dog or the refund. All I want is my money back.

We purchased an AKC registered puppy from ***/ burnt kerosene kennels. We paid 950.00 for registered puppy. To date we have received no papers and can not get them to answer phone or email us back. It’s been since 12/2/18. I contacted AKC and they told me the puppies are not registered. They are selling registered puppies as advertised on website and Facebook page that are in fact not. They are also operating a business without a Texas state license. They lost it back in 2015. There are numerous complaints for this same thing and other things listed on various websites about them. They are committing fraud and running a puppy mill.

Purchased a puppy from this company and was advised that it was registered. Sent a wire transfer in the amount of $950 and made appointment to pick up the puppy. Anticipated going onsite to meet the sire and dam of the puppy but arrived at the provided address of the Petco parking lot. Was provided a contract on the back of the pick-up truck and had to sign to take possession of puppy. Have had the puppy now for 6 weeks now but no registration papers have been provided. Also asked if we could have pictures of the dam and sire with no response. Multiple attempts have been made and the only response is that they never provided a date when they would provide the registration papers. If this puppy is not registered, the cost would have been about $300 to $400 not $950. Also, this is false advertising if the puppy is not registered.

I picked the puppy and was told I would receive the information to register him. I have texted multiple times, called multiple time, and send an email but haven't gotten any response.

They sold me a dog and now refuses to give me her papers. After they said they would. I messaged them 5 times about the papers and they would say they will make sure they are on their way. But nothing would ever come.
