*** {her husband} determined the brakes were greatThey leftShe later told us the vehicle died on her, we asked her to bring it in and they didAs she stated, there was no sign of anything wrongThen, in her own words, she said nothing went wrong till days later, then the fuel pump went outOnce again we told her she could bring it here for the discounted prices on parts and labor we have for every customerShe wanted us to fix that and a whole list of thingsWe reminded her that she bought it ''AS IS" for only $2400, and that it is in good shape for years old with milesThey test drove it before they purchased it, then they drove it again to the lenders for their loan, they had every opportunity to have it checked out by a mechanic before they purchased it, and we and the lender both gave them an opportunity to purchase a service contract which they declinedWe try to give the best service and vehicles and I am sorry that sometimes people feel we did them wrongNever our intentionsI personally have driven this vehicle and it runs and looks very goodDifferent mechanics will say many things, this does not mean they are right all the timeIn this business I have read many lies from many shopsif *** wants to use our mechanic at $hourly rate we offer our customers and pay only our purchase price for any parts she wants, she is free to do thatThat is as fair as I can be

P.SThe brakes were bad when we took it on tradeThey saw that & waited for us to fix them

[redacted]: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: They are so far out of line. When we called them 3 days after purchasing the vehicle because it had died on my husband not me and no friend of mine called them, my husband did they then hung up on us twice. they have never said they would get us parts at their cost nor help us to fix it. Gwen told us one min her boss was out of town then the next he was on a plain. Hum yep sounds like they wanted to help us out. They did not even give us a chance to test drive it, that is a lie. They told us they had to have the breaks fixed and would only allow my husband to drive it down a very short alley. The only time we were able to drive it was maybe 2 miles away to the lender when we signed the papers on it. We have had to dump already 800 into repairs which we have proof and also a list from the mechanic of more repairs that still need done.  [redacted] never stated anything was fine on this vehicle. This vehicle has sat in our driveway and the shop more then we have been able to have it on the road and they can say they have sold us a good running vehicle for the year, ha.  We have all the proof of everything still wrong with it and all the repairs that we have paid for out of pocket so far. We are now faced with having to take it to the Dodge dealership to have more repairs done on it that is going to cost us anywhere from 95 to 2000. So ya I would say we are a bit upset and feel like we where taken for a fool buying this vehicle and now we are locked into it for 5 years. Yes a service agreement was offered but it was going to raise our payment to over 400 a month when they where told we did not want that high of a payment, so yes it was declined. However that is not the point. The point is this vehicle should not of been sold in this condition period point blank.Sincerely,[redacted]
