I am rejecting this response because the bank states they did nothing wrong and all they can do is tell the teller they made an error in not have the custodian signIn no way is this a resolution this is only an excuseThe letter they sent is a generic response and unacceptable They need to be held accountable for breach of contractHow can anyone trust a bank that breaches a contract they make they account holder sign?

I was unable to reply via the internet due to encryption software that the bank uses as it blocked my availability.I talked with the referenced customer on Monday, June 8 and Wednesday, June 10, 2015 to...

better understand her concerns. We discussed the first two items listed in the complaint and she is reviewing her statement as it appears that these items were paid prior to the account being closed. In reference to the [redacted] back item a check was provided to the customer for her to pick up at one of our retail offices that she specified.
