Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Its plain to see that you are a professional company but, unfortunately our job has not been handled professionally from the beginning and progressively gotten worse and I feel it would be a waste of our time and yours to come to Havre My recommendation at this point is to simply acknowledge our previous requests and refund us our $deposit Sincerely, [redacted]

We are not in agreement with the complaint information that was brought forth by [redacted] I have attached a copy of the signed contract/agreement with a lower total of $30, I contacted [redacted] via telephone on Tuesday - July 26th to discuss the complaint filed against our company I stated I needed to gather more information from our team in Havre before any actions would be taken I was told at that time the attached contract was null and void according to him and his attorney When attorney's are brought into the conversation, the policy of this company is to send all information to our legal team to handle One of the biggest complaints that [redacted] talked about was the time line of the project We are in high demand based on our reputation and workmanship It is our policy not to set project schedules when signing contracts because we take each project/contract as it comes in and build projects based on 1st come 1st served We are usually running up to months out on remodel projects I am sorry that the [redacted] feel like we have not taken care of them - however, we have records where our management team in Havre Montana has tried to contact them on numerous occasion with no return correspondents as well Jeff H [redacted] President Meridian Construction Company

We are sorry for the delay in getting your project completed As you know, the Havre area was affected in a major way by a hail storm that hit the area in July of Havre's location leads to a lack of material suppliers and professional crews which as back logged our project scheduleWe are currently working days a week to catch up and make sure all of our customers will be taken care of Matt M [redacted] has tried to contact you several times and has actually talked to [redacted] on several occasions regarding your projectWe are currently looking at completing your project this month - October I am unable to give you an exact date due to the changing and unpredictable weather we are experiencing in HavreHowever, we will keep you updated and will get you completed Again, I apologize for the delay I ask for a little more patience and we will get you satisfied and wrapped up completely

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:  We have not hired an attorney, we called one because this is so new to my wife and I and we didn't know what to do, all we want is our deposit back.  We would never hire an attorney.  The contract/bid was brought down to 25K.  Then the more my wife and I looked into our finances, we asked Matt if we could change things up.  We could not afford 25K.  He said he would definitely get us a new bid done but we were constantly asking when we would get a new ITEMIZED bid, we couldn't buy anything because we had no idea in the first bid on how much flooring etc would be allowed in the bid.  Matt would constantly apologize, sorry for the delays, said you Jeff had an emergency, so there went a week, he said his contractor Levi had a family emergency so there went more time.  In the beginning of the first meeting with Matt he promised that Meridian wasn't out to take our money and he would do anything possible to help us.  We believed him.  Jeff you need to understand that we are a one income family with 3 young children.  All we are asking/begging is for our deposit back.  We apologize for even having it get this far, If Matt would have returned our phone calls over a Month ago I feel this could have been resolved.  We have NEVER received any phone calls by either one of you until the 26th.  Did you know that we saw the contractor one time back in May and all we got were oh yeah, we SHOULD be able to do that etc.  Then we never saw him again.  Matt is not a contractor, we had so many more questions and they weren't getting resolved.  We are good people, we are sorry it has came to this.  We needed Matt to come over and listen to us.  So many things we needed to change to even get the new bid and all we got was I am not starting on your house until we have all the materials.  What materials, once again, needed the new itemized bid.  We could not buy anything.  So here we are stuck paying a bank loan that we cant even use.  We have no cabinets now because we had no contractor come over to tell us for sure that we could move a kitchen wall for a new tub.  Matt though said we could.  We had no contractor come over to tell us that the piping for our water heater that is in that wall, would cost so much to move.  We had to have Nault Plumbing and heating come over and tell us that it is going to cost a lot to move that pipe so we can move the wall so we can have a bigger tub so, more than likely that idea is squashed.  Anyway, we apologize for all of this.  I just wish there would of been better communication between Matt, Levi and yourself.  Because honestly we have just been in the dark.  Like I said previously, we are a one income family of 3 young kids.  We are camping in our kitchen and with 3 kids it is difficult.  We have prayed everyday that this would just resolve peacefully and we could get our $5,000 deposit back so we can just move on.  Can you find that in your heart to do so?  That's it, that's all.  Please from the bottom of our hearts, send us our deposit back.  Thank you. Review: I had sliding glass door installed. It leaks water when it rains. The is a huge hole where the doors meet. I have called the Sales Manager [redacted] several times and he always says he is sending someone over to fix it. But no one ever comes or calls to set up a time/date. I had a window screen installed that has a rip in it. I have told [redacted] several times that it is ripped and he says he will replace it.Desired Settlement: Fix the sliding glass door and the screen

The corporate office just received this information when Revdex.com was contacted by the homeowner. The homeowner was dealing with one of representatives in the field and the information was not passed on to the corporate office. The homeowner has been contacted and we have communicated to them we will take a look at the patio door and screen and get the issue resolved asap...

Review: I contracted with Meridian Construction on the 17th of August to fix the siding on my home. I paid a $250 deposit and was told the work would be done within 30 days. I have placed multiple calls to the main office, once I talked with the President and he said he would have to look into our work order. Once I was able to contact the salesman from Great Falls, Mt whom we contracted with and he said he would look into it and call us the next day. Neither have called us back. I have left several messages in the past week and have received no response. It has now been more than 60 days and still no one has contacted us. My check for $250 was cashed within days of originally contracting with Meridian Construction.Desired Settlement: At this point I don't trust this company to complete the work on our home, I want a refund of the deposit for $250.

This project was signed by our local sales rep [redacted]. It is a small siding repair project - which is something that has a general contractor we normally do not engage in. With that said, we had some communication issues regarding the timing of the project with our sales rep. The project desk was trying to "just" fit them into our schedule when we could free up a crew for a day and a half to complete the project. The rep actually told the homeowners that we could get to it within 30 days. This is our fault and we should have communicated with the customer better and not have taken on this small project.

I spoke to [redacted] last night - Sunday October 18th. I apologized for the communication issue and we just didn't have the time to complete his project. I recommended we refund there $250.00 down payment so they could find someone else to complete their repair before winter.
