I just wanted to let everyone know how pleased I was with the Operations Director and MsHope R*** in the Memphis TN office
A friend of mine is going to military boot camp in the Air Force reserves Because of circumstances, I won't take up your time with the details, she did not turn in a timely day move out notice Because of these circumstances, the Ops Director and MsR*** decided to refund her security deposit Not only that but they are also going to refund the pet security deposit which was most likely pocketed by the previous management company My friend paid it in cash days after moving in and doesn't remember getting a receipt It was over four years ago and there were no records in the computer
Having been in the property management business myself, I know Meridian had the legal right to keep the money and send my young friend on her way But the Ops Director, sorry I don't know his/her name, and MsR*** took the high road, and in my opinion the right moral action
I want to publicly complement these Memphis Meridian personnel for their high moral standards It is nice to know that the "bottom line," although very important, is not as important as a company's reputation
