Gene from Meridian was great to work with. He inspected my roof because I thought I might have hail damage on it. Turns out I did. He helped me file an insurance claim, met the insurance adjuster out and then made sure I understood the process moving forward after I was approved for a new roof. The roofers started early in the morning, had the old roof off in no time and had the new roof done before 5pm. Super clean and nice guys! I highly recommend Meridian Restoration.

I had the pleasure of working with Pantel for over a year to get my siding and roof replaced. From day one, he made it very easy to work with Meridian. He was there every step of the way whenever I had to deal with my insurance or get paperwork to my mortgage company. He always returned my calls or text messages within a few hours. The crew for both my roof and siding did a great job from the start to finish. I highly recommend using them.

Working with Meridian was a great experience. Pantel walked us through our project step by step and had answers for all our questions. Their crews were very professional, careful, and clean. We had just had some landscaping done around the house and the workers did a great job not to damage anything.

I can't say enough good things about Pantel *** and Meridian Restoration. We had hail damage in May. We received a lot of knocks on the door from many roofing company's, and they all seemed like used car salesman. Pantel was different. He was there from start to finish. He answered every question, met with the Insurance company, and his follow up was always prompt and professional. The other thing that I noticed was that Pantel was ALWAYS in the neighborhood, following up with his other customers. As promised, his crew showed up on the day that Pantel said they would, and the entire project from start to finish was completed in one day. Back in May there was a severe hail storm and we thought we may have roof damage. We could see the paint missing on our siding from the hail strikes, but couldn't go up on our roof as it is very steep. Pantel and John assured us that our insurance claim would go through as they pointed out all the damage they could see even from the ground. They both were very professional in explaining the claim process and were in no way pushy. They answered all our questions and spent the time with us to explain how the entire process would go. The roofing crew are also excellent craftsmen. They found anything that needed to be corrected on our existing roof and just did it. The also replaced all our gutter anchors because they found some to be rusting. It took two days to complete the new roof and then the crew took great attention to detail in cleaning up our property. And the roof looks fantastic! Pantel and John came to our home each day the crew was working and asked if we had any concerns with what the workers were doing. They stayed at the job site for hours and took photos of each stage of the roofing process. I would highly recommend this company. They do quality work all the way around. At the end of the job Pantel even offered to put our stand up antique mail box back on our front porch. "Above and beyond care and service".

Gene did an excellent supervisory job in getting my new roof installed and the job site cleaned up. Pantel and his associates did a great job. I have to say that from the beginning, when they first identified hail damage on my roof, through the whole process of having my insurance come back out to give a re-inspection( because they didn’t want to pay for the whole roof), until my new roof was paid for by the insurance company, Pantel was there. Couldn’t have had a better experience in what I thought was going to be a headache of a process. Adam was our rep and guided us through the entire process from start to finish. Always reachable and couldn’t have been more helpful in explaining every detail. The crew who did the work was top notch. Fast, efficient, and quality work. They went above and beyond with the clean up, and even moved all of my patio furniture back! They rolled a magnet around the property to pick up any loose nails, and Adam came back the next day to do it again just for safe measures.
