In response to consumer rebuttal: We can and will provide proof that the HOA was behind on paymentsAfter speaking with *** (***) on October 22nd and informing him of their delinquent status, payment was made and the Association is now up to dateWe understand that he is not directly responsible for payments and does not have access to checks however, he did state that he should be the contact person and the payment was made after discussing it with him. Review: Also customer service failed to provide assistance. The failure to respond to phone calls. Inappropriate behavior by service personal.

For the last three weeks I have been trying to contact a Manager at the Meridian Sports Club in Fullerton with no success. I have left voice messages and verbal messages with their staff to have a manager call me. I wanted to ask if they could provide refreshments for our HOA meetings. I am the HOA President of the community which is directly across the street from the gym. I was told tonight by [redacted] that the gym will not be accommodating us anymore. I believe that we have given them our business now for more than a decade. Our meeting is tomorrow/Thursday night Nov 20, 2014 and this is the first time I was told about this. I asked [redacted] why she did not let me know, or our management company. She said that she sent an email to a [redacted]. I tried to ask a few questions but she was not interested since I am sure that she had no idea of how she could possibly answer them. So to my surprise she said you sound angry and I need to end this call and she hung up. I called back immediately and was told that both managers were too busy to speak with me. I never spoke in any manner and obviously just needed my questions answered. So now it looks like all of our members will show up at the gym with no where to go. I cannot believe that any business would operate this way and if this were my business, [redacted] would be fired.Desired Settlement: Fire [redacted] and other employees who fail to do their jobs. [redacted] also does not return phone calls.

I chose finish the job because tomorrow night is our meeting and now we have no where to hold one. They have not lived up to their agreement and they should have contacted me or our property management company.
