In response To [redacted] complaint I sent him an estimate and told him that I could begin his job at the end of the week, where I had couple of days that I could juggle, if he provided a check for half of the estimate, which is the way I deal with all of my customersHis check arrived in the mail the following week, and of course that window was gone, I explained that I would not be able to do the job until the following Wednesday, which is what I didHowever, during this time he contacted youI emailed him Wednesday afternoon and explained that we had been working on his deck all day and we would finish it up the following day which we didHis immediate response was "That sucks, you are trespassing." and nothing moreOf course we paid him no attention and finished our job and sent him pictures, we are not here to play gamesI am sorry that he contacted you, he has a poor attitude and apparently causes trouble unless things go his wayI did not ask for any further money and would not work for him again Scott S [redacted] Meridian Trim and Design

The estimate he speaks of was presented with no indication of a open window
the agreement via email was he would do the job in or days and to go ahead and send him 50% of the money
After sending, I never heard back from himI sent my property mangament to my home to check if he did the job
He did nothingI tried emailing and calling by phoneMrS*** ignored allI sent him a email to send me my money back that I wanted a refund because he did not do the job in that or days..thats the window that he is confused about
I then told him to stay away from my propertyI also called my Property manager and let them know of my situation
After that, S*** went on my property and did some work which was unauthorized at the time The emails are the evidence of when we agreed on cancel and when he emailed me and told me he was going there on a wednesday,
totally my wishes of staying off my premisesThe Property Management is also aware of the dates
I do not have a attitude but expect a Professional legitimate business to repond to phone calls or emails in a timely manner or contact customer to explain a delayAnd to keep their word on refunds
MrS*** could not keep his commitment of or days and apparently did not have the money to send back, so he intentionally changed his mind and ran up to do work on my homeVery Unprofessional ManIf MrS*** did not like my attitude then he should of sent me my money back accordinglyHes a liar and I wouldnt hire him to ever do work on my propertiesHe is very lazy, not a professional; man of his word, does not keep promises and when you pay him half down, he is the one who develpos the attitude
S*** then emailed me after the holidays were over and agreed to send me a refundInstead of sending me the refund
he went ahead and did some work on my home and it was trespassing, because I sent him a

company emailed me and said they would send me refund if thats what I want. 
so I will write a review or if they dont end up paying I will submit complaint again

His immediate response was "That sucks, you are trespassing." and nothing more. Of course we paid him no attention and finished our job and sent him pictures, we are not here to play games. I am sorry that he contacted you, he has a poor attitude and apparently causes trouble unless things go his way. I did not ask for any further money and would not work for him again.
