Review: I separated from Walmart December 2014. I received notification from Merrill Lynch about my 401k contributions needed to be disbursed. The check was supposed to be dispersed in April 2015. It is December 2015 and I still have not received my funds. I received a letter stating that I didn't cash the check. The check is for $31.56 according to the letter. I called today to have them reissue the check and to ask why is the check less than the previous amount in the letter. They state that there's a termination fee of $18.37. I was not aware of it and that's not what the first letter stated. There service was terrible.Desired Settlement: I want a refund of the 18.37.
