Review: after purchasing a vehicle problems arose to prevent passing of n.y. inspection due to the presence of the check engine indicator. After 4 attempts to repair by dealer it was found that in the process of repair the dealers mech cut a wire to try and circumvent the issue but instead furthered the problem. Dealer try to blame it on another repair shop in which they recommended. Not only was it costly during this process( N.Y. to N.J.- 5 times costing Gas & Tolls) But also cost me out of pocket to get repaired.I understand the dealer made attempts to repair but not only pro-longed the problem but didnt complete the repair. Not good Business !!!Desired Settlement: I feel the dealer should pay the final repair cost of $125 that they were resonsible for by cutting the wire !!
