I have called Mr*** many times after we finished his building trying to collect the *** balance he owes usAfter about weeks he called and left a message that he wasn't happy about the cracks in the concrete and would get back
with usI called him back and said I would like to come over and look at the concrete, but I let him know that concrete has no guarantee that it won't crack, and that is why he put it in writing and have them sign on the contractHe also said he has some light coming in at the end of the porchWe wanted to take care of it, but Mr*** said his lawyer said not to let us fix it

In response to the attached document from Fairmont BuildingsMr*** stated he knew of the of the light coming in at on the west end of the structure but failed to fix itThis is important because it shows the lack of professionalism and pride Fairmont takes in constructing a buildingIf you knew it why didn't you fix itHe also failed to address the garage doors that will not lock due to poor installationAs for the numerous cracks in the concrete which are getting bigger and longer by the day and are now starting to chip Fairmount has simply said these are stress cracksMr*** seemed surprised and bewildered at the cracks that were inside the garageSome of the cracks are so large now you can put the tip of a pencil in and will according to two other contractors only get worse with timeTotal spent on this garage was over *** We cannot enjoy the porch part at all as it has a crack that runs the entire length of the porchWe have had two contractors come out and evaluate the workmanship and they were totally shocked at the workmanship
