We rented on home on 7/1/address of [redacted] I was charged a walk through fee of $for a walk through that I could not be present forThe day I was to move in the keys they had given me did not go to any of the locks on the doors so we could not get inI called Merit Co and spoke with a [redacted] she asked it we could bring the the keys back that did not go to anything I said yesI asked how am I going to be able to get in she then asked if the lock box was still on the door I said yes, she then gave me the codeI was able to get in the back door with the key from the lock boxI called and talked to a [redacted] the next day and told her the key only went to the back door she said we could replace the locks if we wanted toI decided just not to use the front door as we had no key and I should not be responsible for replacing it as they should have done that before I moved inWell we moved out and they have charged us for a front door lock
