Dior.com order was placed on Sunday 1/31/@ 9:18PMThe selected shipping method was next day air, however since the order was placed on Sunday, it would be processed the following business day (per the shipping policy referenced online)Dior.com ships via UPS and offers the following
shipping options: Ground (7-business days), Day (business days), and Overnight (business day)Business Days: Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United StatesOrders must be placed by 12:00pm EST to be processed during the same business dayOrders received on Saturday, Sunday, and federal holidays will be processed on the following business day and then delivery time will be appliedNo delivery on Saturday and SundayThe order was processed accordingly and the expected delivery date should have been the following business dayUnfortunately there was a delay in delivery with UPS, however a refund for shipping in the amount of $for next day air was immediately issued to the customer: 2/5/Customer advised Dior that the item was missing from the package and only the samples were includedDior advised the customer that we initiated the claim process with UPS for the item he reported missing in his orderThe investigation process can take up to - business days until there is a resolution with UPS and then a refund would be issuedAs soon as Dior received an update from UPS about the claim we promptly notified the customerPer the customers request, a refund was issued in the amount of $for the missing itemThe customer received a receipt via email verifying the credit was issued, as it may take to business days for that refund to appear on the credit card statementPer your concerns on your Dior.com order, we apologize for any delay or misunderstanding of the shipping on your orderWe believe our customers should have a pleasant experience when ordering our products

as they generally hold a package for days and return to Shipper if not picked up within that time frameCustomer advised in an email that he was out of the country from 1/to 3/thus the reason for *** to hold his order & unable to pick up*** opened an investigation on the order*** could not provide satisfactory proof that the order was picked up/deliveredThe customer consistently requested a refund however, until a resolution was determined by *** a credit was not issuedUpon the closed *** claim a credit was then issued to the customer

We apologize for the delay in our response regarding Ms***'s counter complaintWhile we do acknowledge that a submission from Ms.Sodhi was received in June 2015, unfortunately, her statement concerning the amount of her points and her gift choice, does not agree with what she had actually submitted towards the programMs*** submitted points in June to add to her account balance of pointsThis submission then increased her account balance to a grand total of pointsUnfortunately, this amount was not enough to claim a point gift, as she was short by pointsAccording to Ms ***'s handwritten redemption form, it clearly indicated that Ms*** had chosen the selection: "bank in your diva account"Written next to her selection, was the number "1260" which agrees with the amount of points that she had mailed inThis choice indicated that she was requesting to save the points she submitted in June for use at a later dateThe point gift option was not selected, nor did she have the sufficient points to redeem itTherefore, a gift was not sent and her points were reserved in her account, per Ms***'s written requestIf Ms*** would like to view her submission which she had mailed to the program in June of 2015, her archived entry is available upon further requestAll points not redeemed before the conclusion of the program were voided As previously stated, no rewards would be granted after the expiration of the programAll Diva rewards allocated towards the program had been fully expended with the expiration of the program and remain permanently out of stockMs*** did not submit any additional points after banking the value of her June submission; making her unable to claim the point gift due to insufficient pointsTherefore this gift would not have been mailed to herAlso, Ms*** had the opportunity to redeem from our lesser point gifts using her available balance, had she chosen to do so before the program's endUnfortunately, we cannot honor the request of Ms*** for a point reward associated with this expired program

We responded via email to explain how this issue could not be resolved due to the fact that the program is no longer in operationThe Diva program, all allocated rewards associated with the Diva program, and all account information were no longer active as of December 22, 2015, [the announcement of
the program's termination was made on September 22, 2015]The Diva Program's legal terms and conditions clearly state- "*** *** *** may cancel the Dior Diva rewards program at any timeIf this should occur, Dior Divas will be notified and given three months from the day of the program's end to make further Dior purchases and redeem rewardsNo rewards will be granted after the expiration date determined by *** *** ***"A PDF of the legal terms and conditions was always readily available for review on our program's website, along with the downloadable PDF file of the redemption form for the Diva programThe program ended in December All allocated rewards with the Diva program have been expendedDue to the termination of the program, records and unredeemed points are now null and voidNo reward will be granted in this regardShould Ms*** request to view what she had originally submitted, her archived entry is available upon request

Orders received on Saturday,Sunday, and federal holidays will be processed on the following business day and then delivery time will be applied. No delivery on Saturday and Sunday. The order was processed accordingly and received within the expected delivery timeframe based on the shipping method selected. Unfortunately we are unable to make changes to this order at the time customer service was contacted to cancel [redacted] on 1/19.
