I purchased a love seat from MeritWithin a few months the fabric started coming unravelled, I took it right into the store, where I was told to take pictures, submit them to their "girl in the office" that they have a year guaranteeNo problem, "we fix for you" The lady in the office told us she would have an answer with in days, they would send someone out and re upholster my love seatWellweeks later, no results, lucky if our phone calls are returnedThey will not have me RETURN the couch for a refund, THEY DONT DO THATThey will have *** fix it, but no one ever returns callsVERY VERY disappointed in the customer service, quality of furniture I was soldThey will give me a trade in on another couch, but not for what I paid for the one I have, that is months old!
